Simple hotel in a lovely building with good staff and location.

The stay here was amazing, liked the hotel, it was fairly clean with brilliant location next to famous square and restaurants. The room I had was compact on regular beds and the staff was amicable.

Stayed here before, appreciated staff and location. I stayed in the room that was clean and recently refurbished and available with -2 single beds, fridge and powerful shower.

All in all everything was really good, had a good stay in a hotel. The buffet breakfast included fruit, pastries, cheese, meats and tea, but we were in a hurry and did n't try all the menu.

We liked this cozy hotel and its very good staff and rooms. Plenty of food for breakfast including pastries, fruit, cheese, meats and croissants.

Shame the bathroom was very tiny.

Hotel's staff and location made the stay a great experience. Lots of food at breakfast, such as cheese, pastries, fruit, croissants and meats. The room was spotless with the mezzanine.

Clean hotel, loved to be very close to the famous Rialto bridge and St Marks Square, piazza San Marco thanks to picturesque location. The breakfast was perfect with sufficient choice, there were pastries, fruit, cheese, croissants and meats.

I loved the minimalist-style building, unforgettable room. Picturesque view of sea. Breakfast food including coffee and eggs was good. The location was fab, at a moderate distance from basilica santa maria della salute. Daily service was outstanding too. The whole experience was peaceful...

Fairly clean cosy accommodation with accommodating staff and easy location on the Grand Canal. It was a wonderful stay, you could leave a car nearby.

Booked it for 1 day and had a QUITE COMFORTABLE experience. Staff were very very helpful and we really enjoyed our time there. Perfect and perfect food. Happy that the staff recommended a restaurant.

This hotel is exquisite, glad we chose it. Brilliant people working here, abundant breakfast. There is a modest beach restaurant. Beautiful location - a short walk to accademia gallery.

tidy hotel in a strategic location. staff were ready to help and were very professional when i arrived. breakfast was great, they offered eggs and coffee. the best rocky beach i've seen before now. the beach nearby was good and the view was outstanding.

Overall clean property, it had ideal staff and location. Outstanding reception. I strongly recommend because I loved it and didn't feel like leaving.

We recommend & would stay here again. It's around 4-6 minutes away by foot Bar ae Maravegie, good for a little drink.

We think it's a good choice for staying in Venice. Central heating and a work desk were there in the room. Besides, the parking was nearby.
